Once your tax exempt status has been approved, you will be able to use our online store to purchase systems, mouthpieces and accessories. Please note, in order to see your tax exemption online, you must create a Zyris store account and be logged in with your account credentials.
To ensure that the tax exempt option is available, follow these steps.
Step 1
Go to https://store.zyris.com/ and login by clicking "My Account" at the top of the screen. If you have not created an account yet, click "My Account" and then click "Sign Up" under the password field. If you do not login, you will not see the option to checkout without tax.
Step 2
Shop for your favorite products and add them to your shopping cart.
Step 3
When you're ready to checkout, review your shopping cart and select your desired shipping address from the dropdown menu under the Checkout button. Your order should not include tax. If it does, please contact us at customerservice@zyris.com to help troubleshoot your account.
